I served in the Armed Guard 1944 &1945 in the south Pacific on board the MS West Cusetta & the SS John F. Appleby.My last port of call was Nogya, Japan. I came back through the Panama Canal and disembarked at Mobile. Was discharged in Charleston the first of 1946. I reside in my home state of S.C. in Clemson. Would like to hear from any shipmates.
