I found a "Domain of Neptunus Rex" Card that is written in black with a red drawing of the gods and mermaid. The size is 3.5 X 2.7/10. Could you tell me where I might get this appraised or find out any other information on this one. I have searched it on the internet and could not find one that has these colors.
