Mr. Rutherford,
My dad, Richard Lowe, was a gunner's mate on the S. S. William Moultrie. He, too, went to Murmansk, Russia, Convoy PQ-18 during the months of September through December of 1943. Mom and dad live in Birmihgham, Alabama.
