I have not forgotten that day. I was living in a small town of 8,000 so you knwe most of your classmates from the class of 41 and easily followed their military careers as they enlisted or waited for the draft. I think Pearl Harbor th resulting war thrust many of us into paths of life that we would not have thought likely before Pearl Harbor. I for one at 87 often reflect on USN and how that experienc changed my life.
