My Uncle, James Wallace Tisinger was lost in shipwreck of East Indian Freighter on Nov 3, 1942. He was RM3 in US Navy Armed Guard. I have a paperback copy of 13 Days Adrift by M Stanley McLean one of the survivors. I have a photo of ship, Uncle Wallace and details of German U boat that sunk it.
