BLACK WARRIOR was a type C2 cargo ship built by the North Carolina Shipbuilding Company, Wilmington, North Carolina, completed in May 1944. The record is very scanty except to say she survived the war, was sold to a private shipping company in 1947, and was scrapped in 1971. See http://www.shipbuildinghistory.com/history/shipyards/4emergency/wwtwo/northcarolina.htm and scroll to hull number 119.
BLACK WARRIOR was specifically a version known as the C2-S-AJ1, a "breakbulk" or general cargo ship. While I could not find an online photograph, see this page for a typical profile sketch of a ship of this type: http://drawings.usmaritimecommission.de/drawings_c2.htm. If you do a page search for "black warrior" you will find the ship listed by name under the North Carolina Shipbuilding Company, with the drawing beneath the description.
A photograph of a sister ship, MOUNT HOOD, is found at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:USS_Mount_Hood_%28AE-11%29.jpg.
The ship was named after the Black Warrior River in Alabama.
