Having read all pages of the AYF rules, I seem that several rules were not followed last season, and as a start are not being followed now.

Here are a few:

Minimum play rule aka MPR. All players are to play a minimum number of plays each game.

50% participation. Each player must play in 50% of the season games.

Age as of date is July 31, 2019.

Declare by August 1st if playing towards national with national.

Max roster of 36.

The conference is to create boundry line for each association to pull from.

No recruiting and no select teams.

Physicals, report cards (must have passing grades).
