What happened to team pride and real coaching?

Parents on here trying to relive their glory days through their kids. Jumping ship when their team has a losing season. Coaches jumping ship when they can’t put together a winning season. Youth sports is becoming a joke. You have teams with 30+ rosters and kids sitting on the sidelines. How does that help the kids? Game time is where kids get better. Coaches patting themselves on the back over little boy football? Grow up. The fact of the matter is that most of these organizations and coaches are a joke. Parents need to wise up. Youth football is suppose to be about having fun and LEARNING. Not about beating your chest and bragging about how good your kid is. Find a good coach and stick it out. Find an organization who believes in teaching players life lessons that go beyond the football field. Remember at the end of the day these players are all STUDENT athletes.
