I'm probably not searching the right terms. 60 days from the date the memo was signed was October 12th. So, the results should be out, and we should see the proposed plan to go back to steam. So, I searched for info on this plan. I got nothing. Instead, I see this Bill Jones nonsense. So what? Who cares where the notion came from? What I want to see is what plan was come up with in that 60 days. That has to go before Congress for debate and funding. So far, Congress is proceeding with EMALS, and the funding of the most recent defense budget.

Wake me up when someone has the details of what that 60 day study produced. That's worth noting.
