A simple internet search turns up nothing. However, AI suggested substantially what I was going to recommend, namely contacting 3D designers who do 1/700 scale aircraft. The one and only such shop that I know of who has been known to do requests is SNAFU Store. Formerly on Shapeways, he's now moved to the 3DP Train Shop.

Another gent who offers 1/700 aircraft (but I don't know if he'll do requests) is Richard Harden of Tom's Modelworks. Certainly worth asking, at least:

He is likely to tell you he needs a large order to do requests. (So is SNAFU for that matter.) Don't know until you try.
