For the Cavour class ships, both Combrig and Triumph Models have beautiful recent 1/700 scale resin kits available. Like many of their more recent kits the Combrig offerings have exceptional detail, but are rather pricey. The Triumph kits are easier to both find and build as well as somewhat cheaper, and also build into a great model (I’m working on a Triumph Cavour at the moment). Waveline and Delphis Models also have older resin kits of both Cavour class ships, and while the casting quality is excellent these kits are less sharp on fine detail as would be expected for kits designed 30+ years ago. That said, Regia Marina offers fantastic detail-up sets for these older Waveline and Delphis kits which, when added, bring them up to the Combrig standard IMO.

For the Doria class ships, Regia Marina has top-notch resin kits of both units which are unfortunately somewhat difficult to find. However, very nice kits are also available from Orange Hobby (of Duilio) and Snowman Models (of Doria) that are both more newer and easier to find then the Regia Marina kits, if a bit pricey (and also in resin). I believe Delphis Models also made resin kits of these ships that are now long out of production, but still appear on various sites and message boards from time to time being offered second-hand.
