I don’t know any book that is solely dedicated to Casablanca CVE. In my library I have Mark Stille’s U.S. Navy Escort Carriers 1942-1945, Stefan Terzibaschitsch Aircraft Carriers of the U.S. Navy and his book Escort Carriers and Aviation Support Ships of the U.S Navy. FinallySquadron/Signal publications Warship Number 9 Escort Carriers in Action.
For very good reads on the contributions of the escort carrier in WW2 William T. Y’Blood’s The Little Giants U.S. Escort Carriers Against Japan and his book Hunter Killers U.S. Escort Carriers in the Atlantic.

A search on Amazon may produce a book solely devoted to the Casablanca class. Myself I am a late war Sangamon guy.
