"The other side" has caused me real harm, too. I find neither side any great refuge. I am sorry for what you've been through. No intention of mocking anyone. On the international scene, though, I can see bigger problems than just the president.

His tariffs nearly put my small business out of business twice in the last year.
And we lost nearly all of our international customers, particularly those from Canada and Europe as a direct result of his 51st state, NATO and Greenland rhetoric. That's about a third of our revenue. Gone.
So he has not been a blessing in the least. More of a very real existential threat to our livelihood.
So go ahead and shrug off the harm and belittle and mock those who have been harmed. The harm is real.
