This is the second time I am seeing this in 1/700 3D print where the ship’s hull is split in half, bow from stern. Where halves are supposed to meet to complete the full hull is a number of oval holes through the hull -starboard/port /bottom and they end in a massive square plug where bow hull would meet stern hull. Obvious the square plugs must be removed before the hull halves can be joined. It also appears the oval holes must be cut back until you meet solid hull. Then sand and putty seams? And what putty is going to work with 3D printed resin without causing damage? Any help will be greatly appreciated .
