I also bought a Hanboost ultrasonic cutter and extra blades for it. The model I have even has a work light at the tip. it’s expensive but it cuts down on time and lost parts due to brittle breaks, especially in small or thin pieces. I also have had good luck previously with Xuron photo etch scissors. They can get into hard to reach places with their straight narrow blades.

No question though, it’s a slow and careful process. With large numbers of parts, I find it’s best to do several shorter sessions. It’s a tedious process and requires concentration. But the details on good prints are worth the time and effort.
