The jury is in. Murcuc is out. Why?
1. You have to build their tilly. Multiple parts, photo-etch. Shades of JAG’s old 1/700 resin offering (Probably is JAG’s just 3D printed). WULA’s modern tilly is one piece 3D print. But you have to be careful in cutting away attachment points and not the 3D printed cables of the tilly.
2. Tow mules and other pieces are over-scale for 1/700. I guess that is to go along with their over-scale aircraft offerings. I own their 1/700 ES-3A aircraft offering, any larger and I would need a pilot’s license.
3. There is but one decent 8000 lb. forklift offered in the set.
4. Tank trailers are offered, as those offered at L’Arsenal.
5. One shipping cargo container huh? Where did that come from?
6. The rest of the accessories in the set go in the other extreme of scale and I have to be honest I do not know what they are or what they were attempting to offer for a modern CV deck.
So I am sticking with WULA for the majority of my modern tow mules deck vehicles /tractors as they are better to scale for most 1/700 aircraft /helo offerings . As for 1/700 forklifts - L’Arsenal
