
As far as I have seen, the mistakes are similar, patterns similar, the assumptions about the colours are similar (considered today to be wrong). Wright could have noticed that there are new information about the colours.
Wright's books are ordered in a way, which makes it much easier to find information about a specific ship than in Raven's. But you need always a confirmation that the information about the patterns and the colours is correct. That could be difficult, if Sovereign Hobby has not published anything about the ship you are interested.
