Try getting the Osprey Publication Soviet Destroyers of World War2 By Alexander Hill. Osprey Publications New Vanguard 256 2018.
The author used Russian sources for this book
and has some drawings of Soviet destroyers which decks appear to be medium gray like. I hope this helps.

I have a few models of Type 7u destroyers and one of Opitny, but very limited information as to deck colour and camouflages. I have some drawings of Type 7 destroyers in pale blue and dark and light grey and a photo of Opitny in (apparently) overall grey. Does anyone have any further information, particularly of deck colour?
