From ZIMI: "Yes. Cyber-Hobby, formerly a direct division of Dragon Models, is now closely associated with DRAMi Model." (and this is a public statement released on FaceBook).
So the toolings of the 1/700 Long Beach, Albany, Chicago, etc. have moved to DRAMi and won't disappear. That also means the unfinished (but more or less complete) 1/700 CVN-65 tooling is now with DRAMi...

Dragon Models has been acquired by Chinese model company ZIMI: https://www.zimimodel.com/eng
Dragon line has been renamed DRAMi and it looks like all the planes, armor, and ships (1/700 included) have been moved over.
Since ZIMI has a number of U.S. and other distributors, the DRAMi line should be available soon...
