I would tend to disagree about the correct color on the model - pre war USN gray. It should be much lighter. I don't know what color this person used - but it's not pre war gray:

Since this model portrays the Arizona as it appeared in the late 1930s, the light grey color is probably appropriate. As for it being "professionally built", the builder may be a professional, but not of model ships. Previous Message
