I hope someone can help me here. I'm planning on modeling the USAT SS MASAYA ex USS DALE (TEAPA, MATAGALPA and TABASCO were sisters). They were 4-pipers converted to Banana Boats, then hired by the US Army (MacArthur's Navy)
I found a 10kb Thumbnail on PacificWrecks site and wrote the Author (Sadly passed) and site with no response. His drawing was based on an archival Plan somewhere of the conversion to BBs. (Bananas, not Battleship;-). If someone had a more legible copy or directions to the original, I would be very gratified. Just hoping. If someone has already modeled one, pix would be nice, too.
