White Ensign did make (may still do) a floater net set. It was just the "rope" and the "floats in a short piece of photoetch. you would use glue to thicken up the floats and then fold the piece and place it in the basket. It was a decent representation of the floater net. Also a company (can't remember) made a resin insert that fit inside the baskets.
