I am not aware of a new kit of these submarines.
I assume that the recent question to IJN deck guns was related to the idea to upgrade e.g. these old kits, but also some newer (but now also old) Pit-Road.
I would also need these guns for IJN submarines:
120 mm L/45
127 mm L/40
140 mm L/40
