Lars- Believe there is a reasonable chance I could cobble up a Savannah from the mix but would prefer to see a St Louis by VEE. Box art for the two '44s not specific enough to help with my idea. At 86 kits must be 1/700 or 350 plastic injection using solvent glues. PE or cast kits are way too difficult now but I marvel at the quality of the models built by many. Steve

Why you do not use the Niko Model kit of Savannah? That would be much easier than converting Honolulu - lacking the torpedos bulges, having very different superstructures, different 5" turrets...
