Possible to use the basic Helena along with the upper works of the 1944 Phoenix or Honolulu kits to do one? Must be gun houses to match the late war styles that were probably same as the Clevelands,

USS Savannah also ended up with twin 5" mounts, but these were of course the later style gunhouse.
