According to the photos in the link, it is 1/96. I know Don Preul built it in his basement workshop and transported it in pieces to the Arizona Memorial. Don is currently curator of ship models at USNA Annapolis.

Does anyone know the scale of the Arizona model on display at the visitor center at Pearl Harbor? Maybe 1/72? It looks too big for 1/96……
