"Within reason" they were very responsive to my emails...after I had placed an order (late last year.)
The confirmation email of my order said I could reply to it. After three weeks with no news of shipment, I did reply to it. Two days later, they responded, apologising for the delayed response. Was told to wait several months. As that deadline neared, I again emailed using "reply" to their email. Again, two days later, and with the same apology, I got a response. Then, I got a notice it had shipped, so stopped corresponding.
My one and only experience with contacting them. They replied each time, two days later. Not "optimal," but I consider it reasonable. In placing an order, and receiving an emailed notice of order receipt which I could then use to reply to, I got a different email address from the one in David's link. If you've placed an order with them and gotten email confirmation, you will also have that address. As noted, my use of it found it responsive. Not as fast/good as a phone call, but I "had contact" with it.

outside of emailing them, is there a phone number I can call? Need to ask a question about an order because I'll be gone for 6 weeks.
