Two models I got and painted. I have had others that had faults. These were replaced without any bother. I think Skillballs has a better understanding now of some of the potential issues with the finished prints.

This has to be asked, is there any point in buying the 1:1200 3D printed models? I am not sold on these models because I never see them reviewed. I know the aftermarketeers do good things for enhancing 1:700 and 1:350 plastic models. I have seen good comments regarding 1:700 3D printed models, but I do not want to spend $100 on something I won't like.
I am not certain if I want to get into these. I would rather try a 1:1200 scale battleship, and see what the manufacturer can do first.I have seen two short reviews on Amazon. Each were unpromising. Parts too small to use was one comment. The other was that the whole model was junk.
Any comments? Any recommendations?
