Success! I checked the Wayback machine. The last backup (2023) only had half the list, but 2022 was complete, the update log said the last update was Aug 2021.

I copied it to a Word doc, too. The only issue is the links refer back to the actual webpage. The bookmarks are there, the links have the bookmarks but prefaced by the web address. I tried to do a quick search and replace. First attemp did not find the text to remove. I'm kind of an Office/VBA jock so I'll figure it out.

In any case YAY! Thanks to the folks that put it together.
