Strictly naval things are a bit thin on the ground although you can feel the history just looking over Grand Harbor. The Royal Navy often visits so you might get lucky and a warship may be open for tours (I got to get on board Illustrious during my visit to Malta). There is lots of other WWII history to see though. I don't think you'll be bored.
