To Simon (and others), I purchased 3D-Wild's upgrade for the Midway, which includes the 1947 modified bridge. I had hoped to use it but was unable to do so--this larger 3D-printed bridge has no enclosed windows and no indication of which radars or small bridge equipment should be used with this upgrade (i.e., photoetch parts transferred from the 1945-46 Trumpeter bridge version). It includes a modified tripod mast but, again, no information on what should be placed upon it. The USS Midway's 1947 upgrade also removed many of the large antennas along the flight deck edge, and none of these are included in the upgrade set, nor are there any instructions as to where they or there replacements should be installed. I had submitted a review and photos of the Trumpeter model to "the other site" back in September 2025, but for some reason none of my five submissions there since January of last year have been accepted and posted online.
