David is very likely correct. Liquid, uncured resin is trapped in some area of the model. To remove this, you can soak or wash the part in isopropyl alcohol (97%) then dry it. I use an airbrush to blow dry parts. You may need to do this a couple of times until all the liquid resin is gone. Dispose of the alclohol or, if it's not too polluted, save it for future models that have the same issue.

Hi everyone, I remember someone mentioned chemical liquid kept coming out of kit surface. I got the same issue. The RN WWII sub I received uncured. I used natural sun light, UV light, primer coating and painting, but liquid is still surface. I really appreciate if anyone provide advice to deal with this problem.
