There are many differences between the two ships at that time but most would be minor in 1/1250. The "bird baths" were oriented differently as you know but the platforms on the tripods were different on the foremasts especially and both Oklahoma's masts had the platforms a level higher than Nevada. That is a distinguishing feature noticeable from a distance. The big boat cranes are shaped differently but that is subtle. Hello All,
I would like to buy a 1/1250 3D-printed kit of the Nevada as she was on December 7th, but on eBay all I see is an Oklahoma; the only 1/1250 kit of the Nevada is in her post-December 7th fit.
If I were to buy the 1/1250 Oklahoma, how much modification would it take to make a Nevada on December 7th? Is it a difference in the bird baths on top of the fighting tops atop the tripods?
