The aircraft looks like a Douglas B 18 Bolo. My best guess on location would be somewhere in the Caribbean or the Atlantic. Yes the ship looks like an oiler. That’s why I place it in the Atlantic or the Caribbean. I’d be interested in knowing what the escort is. I can’t figure that out.
