During Bismark's battle with KGV and Rodney, one of the first hits on Bismarck struck between A and B turrets, knocking out both of them (except for a lone salvo by turret A some time later). Is there any surviving information on the nature of this damage, and why both turrets were knocked out? The Garzke and Dulin book doesn't give further details. Hydraulic power was later lost, but this is described as a separate hit later in the battle.
