It pays to save the image and blow it up. The front end of the 'sub' shows signs of some sort of frame underneath the covering. It's typical of a mock-up vehicle, plywood with copious quantities of plasticene. The bits that are not mock-up are probably cgi. Interesting to note that none of the people there casts a shadow.
