I was also one of the first to get a Squadron HMS Royal Oak. I've glued the two hull halves together (excellent fit, as will the two deck sections once installed) but I'm only going to paint the hull and drill out the portholes until I can purchase an upgrade set and wood deck. This would include brass gun barrels; Trumpeter has, once again, wrecked the plastic 15-in. barrels on their sprues, this time by making three attachment points on each barrel.
