Are those 3 searchlights on the mid-level funnel platform? I'm not taking about the smaller upper level search light.

This is a cropped shot of a much larger picture taken from the West side of Ford Island looking across the island towards the navy yard.
Here we can see the Forward and the Main Tripod Masts of USS Arizona in Drydock #1.
This photo also captured the Superstructure of USS Enterprise at berth F-2.
