I was also asking about her original fit and posted about it below in another thread. Turns out, if you go to a certain Evil Auction site and search for, "USS Cleveland CL-55," and scroll through the listings you'll see a series of photos of her for sale. They show her in 1942 (despite some of the listings giving the wrong year) in her Measure 12 Modified camouflage, good views of her starboard side. She isn't yet complete, is missing some directors and such, but is very close to completion. The paintwork looks brand new. The images are large enough that you should be able to screen shot them without having to resort to buying them.
My grandfather worked in the steel mills of Cleveland during the war, so I've wanted to do his city's namesake ship justice for a long time.
