For full accuracy (and this does not involve rivet-counting), the railings should be visibly chains, not smooth, solid lines. Gold Medal Models did this very nicely in 1/350 scale for all Japanese warships, but I don't know offhand which companies do this in 1:200.

the rails are two bar BUT, you need three bar for the footer rail to glue to the deck.
Unless you're a uber rivet counter (aka masochist), in which case you can seek railings with only stanchions to attach to the deck
