Between Empress Augusta Bay and the Jan '44 drydocking, Cleveland replaced her forward MK-3 radar with a MK-8 scavenged from Denver prior to Denver's departure for torpedo repairs. So even these photos aren't exactly EAB battle fit.

The January 1944 phots are closest to Nov 1943 (Empress Augusta Bay).
