Putting a tint of blue on the water and dabs of color on the airplanes screams "ersatz." We have no idea what the sky, sea, ship, and airplanes looked like on this day. This is like taking pen and black ink sketches done by artists in the 19th century, and dabbing them with color washes. "Colorization" is cheap, and nasty, and signifies nothing. The various shades of Non-Specular Blue Gray were not "baby blue." They were mixed with Prussian blue.
