For those of you who are familiar with this German scale model accessory product supplier, are they still in business?

As can be seen the site is still up and running and accepts online orders but they do not deliver and are silent. In the "About" hi-lite there are two email addresses that are valid (no bounce back) but Alex does not reply. I ordered some accessories in early Sept and haven't heard a peep.

I contacted one of their distributors BNA Modelworld and they replied:

"..unfortunately we could not get in touch with them as we have been trying to get hold of him since 2023 for an order which was paid for and they never sent and never get back to us (sic)."

Online at Britmodeller the discussion about Uschi is the same, orders submitted and paid for but no show and no contact and much frustration and anger.

Does anybody here have any clues as to what is happening at Uschi van der Rosten? I have bought stuff from them a fair while ago with no problems and if you peruse the site you will see he has some great products not only for aircraft but for all scale modellers which work very well. Thanks.
