At one time I was aware of a N gauge (1:160 scale) Great Lakes Freighter available. IIRC, it was titled as the Fitzgerald. The hull was constructed such that the length could be adjusted to suit the available layout space.
It would probably be wiser to market a 160 scale option vs a 200 scale one to attract the interest of the railroad hobbyists. They seem to have more available spending cash and, like it or not, there are more of them
ISW has one in 1:350 scale
