Kent can be maybe converted into Berwick after removal of the hangar (with some other modifications).
Cornwall could be converted into Berwick before the removal of the hangar. The forward pair of 4" guns were on Berwick further aft than on Cornwall and the masts were a bit different (see e.g. drawings here ).
The conversion of Cornwall into Suffolk is more complicated, because she kept the old bridge tower, had the upper deck at the stern removed and likely some other differences (the same for Cumberland ).
The two Australian ships were are also different. Australia was somehow similar to Kent , but had higher funnels and the 4" on the upper deck. Canberra was not modernised and kept the old bridge and single 4". There is a conversion set by Kraken Hobbies . But her hull was different, because she did not got the belt armour and anti-torpedo bulges.
