Glad to know yours came. Did you get any decals? (Mine did not come with any, and though they're pictured, they aren't listed as "contents" when ordering. Still, would be interesting if you did get some.) It is indeed a lovely kit.
Since 2020, I have had an FFGX in 1/2400 (my other "fleet.") So, I have understood its "relative size" since that time. In dimentional measure, she is indeed about the size of a Burke (496 feet length vs. Burke 509 for a Flt IIA.) In tonnage, she is projected at around 7,500 tons vs. Burke's 9,000+ tons. Not a small ship at all. Spruances started out at 4,500 tons and 563 feet in length, but grew to over 9,000 tons by their end. At 7,500 tons, the FFGX will be as big as a Spruance in "their heyday."
Enjoy!

Hi Ralph, my 1/700 full hull of FFG(X) has arrived. It is really a nice kit. I have ordered another set along with CVN-79 bridge. I really hope 3D-Wild would rescale the CVN-76 and -77 accessories from the existing 1/350. BTW, I didn't realize FFG(X) is this large. She is the size of Arleigh Burke Class.
