I will be very interested in what response Holly gives.
Mine just came today! Completely unexpected. I live on the US East Coast, they are on the US West coast. The postage was "Ground Advantage." My understanding is that it should then go by truck. As of Tuesday the 7th, it had reached Seattle, Washington, and there was no tracking update on the 8th. So, I figured it was still in Washington, and going to go for a long truck ride when it finally left there. Instead, I got notified this morning it was out for delivery, and then it delivered a short while ago. So, they flew it, not trucked it, and treated it like Priority instead of Ground Advantage. I have no complaints! But, I am puzzled that yours did not at least ship. Please keep us posted on the progress.
It is a wonderful model! As detailed as its pictures, and with all the parts, PE, and instruction sheet. I am delighted, and so glad I never ordered from Shapeways. It was something of a wait, but was worth it. This is a vastly better deal.
I hope you get yours shortly!

Thank you, Ralph for the exciting news. I haven't received any notice, but I just emailed Holly for the latest status. I also suggest that they could rescale the 1/350 Type 26 kit to a full hull 1/700 as well as the CVN-79 bridge, CVN-76 accessories.

Thank you for that. I just looked at it. Yes, that looks great. I got a notice last Friday that it "shipped." The tracking number showed no data on that date, but on Saturday it showed USPS was notified to expect the package. Mine then actually shipped put this past Monday, and tracking shows it still in Seattle, Washington. It is "en route," however...at least in my case. I would expect yours also shipped? Yes, we should be getting them shortly. I am also excited!

Hi Ralph, I noticed that 3D-Wild site posted the production picture of 1/700 FFG(X) full hull. It looks impressive. I guess we will receive the kit soon. Just can't wait.

A week after "mid September" came and went, I emailed to ask for another estimate from them of when they might ship. After several days, the reply I got late yesterday was:
"Sorry for the delayed response!! This week, we have been busy with shipping out the 1/350 scale orders. The 1/700 orders will be prepared and shipped out next week."
That is a direct quote.
So, for whatever this is worth. For my part, I then expect from this reply that I should get a notice that it shipped just about one week from today. Fingers crossed. (And if this doesn't prove true, I am not shy about making more inquiries!)
