The Navy knows EXACTLY where they are.

While they've proved they can do a catapult launch and arrested landing, they haven't proved they're capable of matching USN carrier operations. We've been perfecting the procedures, personnel and aircraft since the 1930's and there's no way any Navy can match our experiences.
