I ran a search. Found zip on anything "factual."
However, I found these offerings from Tom's Modelworks. One presumes he has the dimensions you seek to have created the product...
With arithmetic, then, you should get some dimensions...
In 1/32 scale:

I am way too lazy to run the calculations, and verify everything works out (or not.)

Does anyone have any *actual* factual information on the exact dimensions of the steel tie-down strips on US fleet carriers? I’ve seen a ton of guesses, but I’m looking for actual data. Period drawings would be a huge plus!
