30 ISH YEARS AGO WHEN Tallinn was a new destination for cruises we found SUR TOLL and went aboard, got a personal guided tour of the COMPLETE SHIP they spoke reasonable english with just a few technical terms problematic, and were so pleased they had visitors who had made the trouble to find them , unfortunatley the submarine was in the still restricted naval base, thanks gents for a brilliant tour! still one of my most memoral visits anywhere!@
